07 Honda CR-V Grille Guard Installation Instructions

Installation procedure the grille guard on Honda CR-V
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
2. Using a flat screwdriver carefully remove all fasteners from factory plastic shroud on top and underneath the vehicle. On the bottom there are (4) on the front and (3) on each side by the fender. On the top there are (7) fasteners.
3. Remove bottom plastic shroud and place it on a working area. Using a hack saw carefully cut the marked area shown in Figure 1.

350Z GT Aero Front Bumper Installation Manual

This product is meant to fit Nissan 350Z only. Please check the parts before mounting.
- Mounting Procedure
Please follow the manufacturer’s repair manual for proper front bumper cover removal procedure.
(Remove the side bracket from the OEM bumper. )
(Remove the impact foam from the front of the bumper.)
Install the side bracket onto the GT bumper by reversing the steps used to remove it.
Install the GT bumper using the factory clips and screws to the original locations.

2001-2004 Subaru Outback Skid Plate Installation Instructions

REMOVAL OF ORIGINAL SPLASH PAN Raise and safely support the vehicle on jack stands or on ramps. Locate and remove the two 12mm bolts at the rear of the factory splash pan. Locate and remove the two 10mm screws from the left and right side of the factory splash pan. These are located up inside the fender. Locate and remove the three remaining 12mm bolts from the front of the factory splash pan. The splash pan has retaining tabs around the three bolt holes from the last step and will require some downward force to remove the splash pan from the vehicle

2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid TVIP V2 (GBS Add On) Installation

1. Vehicle Disassembly. (a) Remove the negative battery cable. (Fig. 1-1) (1) Protect the fender before starting. (2) Be careful not to touch the positive terminal. (b) Remove the air damper wire terminal from the bottom of the glove box. (Fig. 1-2) (1) Remove the clip securing the air damper wire terminal. (c) Remove the glove box. (Fig. 1-3) (1) Remove two stoppers securing the bottom of the glove box. (d) Remove the glove box inner cover. (Fig. 1-4) (1) Remove seven screws securing the cover. (2) Disconnect one connector. (e) Remove the passenger side panel. (Fig. 1-5) (1) Remove two clips securing the cover.

Steps for EC Rearview Mirror installation: 1. Remove Battery Cable. (a) Protect fender before starting. (b) Do not touch the positive terminal with any tool when removing cable. (c) Remove the negative battery cable. (Fig. 1-1) 2. Vehicle Disassembly. (a) Remove the OE mirror. (1) Disengage the two claws and remove the mirror cover from the mirror base. (Fig. 2-1) (2) Pull the lever in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and slide the inner rear view mirror assembly upward to remove it. (Fig. 2-1) (b) Using panel removal tool remove overhead console from headliner. (Fig. 2-2) (1) Disconnect any connectors connected to the overhead console. 3. Install T-taps. (a) Locate the disconnected 22-pin overhead console connector. (Fig. 3-1) (b) Peel back or cut approximately one inch of the wire cover. (Fig. 3-2) (c)

1996-2000 Honda Civic Vertical Door Installation

1) Disconnect the battery. 2) Remove fender: Remove all Phillip’s screws from the wheel well. Remove (1) 12mm bolt to loosen the bumper. Once the 12mm bolt has been removed pull on the bumper and remove (2) 8mm bolts from behind the bumper. Remove (3) 8mm bolts form the top of the fender. Remove (2) 8mm bolts from the bottom of the fender by the door. Remove (1) 8mm bolt holding the fender. At this point you should be able to remove the fender. 3) Remove the door catch: Open the door and remove (1) 10mm bolt from the body and (2) 10mm from the door. 2005-2009 Dodge Durango 2WD and 4WD Part #66-1080 Torsion Key Installation

Step 1: Prior to lifting the vehicle it is recommended that you measure the stock height so that you have a base line measurement. Measure from the bottom of the wheel to the lip of the fender, as in Insert A.
Position vehicle on a flat surface and lift vehicle by the frame so that the front wheels are off the ground. Use a floor jack and jack stands or a (2) two post lift if available. Next, locate the torsion key at the rear of the torsion bar under the cab of the vehicle.

2007-2008 BMW E82/88 135i Intake kit Installation Instructions

Step 1: Complete Stock Intake.
Step 2: Disconnect vacuum line and pull back.
Step 3: Unclip upper half of air box to remove lid and filter.
Step 4: Pull back rubber mount attached to battery cable. Use pliers if necessary. This will allow stock clamp to be loosened. (To be done in step 5B.)
Step 5: A) Loosen clamp closest to the radiator with 1/4” nut driver. B) Loosen clamp closest to fire wall with 1/4” nut driver. Leave clamps in position.

Audi TT V-Flow Intake Install Instructions

Start with your Phillips head screw driver and remove the three screws on top of your battery cover. Then remove the battery cover from the car.
Firmly grasp the plug on top of your MAF sensor unplugging it. Lay the plug back away from the intake system.
Using your Phillips head screwdriver loosen the hose clamp next to the MAF housing.
You will notice a hose with a 90 degree bend and a small plastic ring around the end of it snapped into place at the bottom of the factory air box. Firmly squeeze the top and the bottom of that ring squeezing together and pull the hose off of the factory air box. Pull the hose back and tuck it back out of the work space.
