By mounting LSD wing door hinges, the actual Mercedes CL luxury coupé becomes the absolute looker. The wing doors hinges are available with immediate effect. The LSD wing door hinges for the Mercedes CL feature the new GRS+ (Guided Roller System). It offers an adjustment possibility with the roller guidance of the roller bearing integrated in the hinges and additional stability through a catch which that locks in fully-opened condition. This results in more safety and more precise opening and closing of the door.
LSD door fittings come with a German TÜV certificate certifying that the LSD wing doors meet all safety standards.

The GMRC-03 is designed to be used in Cadillac’s that do not have Onstar or amplified systems. It will retain the warning chimes that are lost when the factory radio is removed. The GMRC-03 will also provide a 12 volt switched accessory wire for proper radio operation. *Note: The GMRC-03 can be used in Cadillac’s that come with a factory amplifier; however the factory amplifier must be bypassed and the speaker wires on the GMRC-03 must not be used. Running new wires to the speakers is recommended. If the Cadillac also has Onstar, that feature will be lost.

Labels: bsi, cdl, corrosion, doors, encapsulated, failure, faults, fuse box, interface control, latch, Peugeot, plug assembly, plug configuration, rectification, replacement parts, switch assemblies, switches, water ingress, wiring harness, wiring loom
Fault: Central door locking faults including the Central door locking system not operating on one or more doors and the Central door locking system intermittently locking and then immediately unlocking.
Cause: Repeated problems of Central Door Locking (CDL) failure have been traced to water ingress into the harness plug connection to the CDL unit within the door, causing bad corrosion to the terminals. The central locking motor / switch and lock assembly are all encapsulated within one unit, and individual components cannot be renewed separately. It is not possible to diagnose CDL faults by disconnecting solenoids / switches etc because the Built in Systems Interface (BSI) control module logs a fault. Until the fault is rectified the CDL will unlock instantly.
