The GMRC-03 is designed to be used in Cadillac’s that do not have Onstar or amplified systems. It will retain the warning chimes that are lost when the factory radio is removed. The GMRC-03 will also provide a 12 volt switched accessory wire for proper radio operation. *Note: The GMRC-03 can be used in Cadillac’s that come with a factory amplifier; however the factory amplifier must be bypassed and the speaker wires on the GMRC-03 must not be used. Running new wires to the speakers is recommended. If the Cadillac also has Onstar, that feature will be lost.

This section describes some of the basic features on Toyota audio systems. Some information may not pertain to your system. Your audio system works when the ignition key is in the “ACC” or “ON” position. TURNING THE SYSTEM ON AND OFF Push “PWR·VOL” to turn the audio system on and off. Push “AM”, “FM1”, “FM2”, “FM1·2”, “FM”, “SAT”*, “TAPE”, “CD” or “DISC” to turn on that function without pushing “PWR·VOL”. You can turn on each player by inserting a cassette tape or compact disc.
