The electro-hydraulic actuator is bolted to the side of the fuel distributor. It consists of a
plate valve fastened between two electromagnets.
By varying the electric current to the electro-hydraulic actuator and changing the
strength of the magnets, the plate valve can be moved. The varying position of the plate
valve controls the quantity of fuel allowed into the lower chamber of the fuel distributor,
causing the differential pressure to vary. The operating range is from -50 to +150mA.
Differential pressure will be from 0 bar to about 1.6 bar (24 PSI) less than system
pressure.

Cruise control operation. The cruise control system is ready for operation when the ignition is switched on. However, for actual operation, the vehicle speed should be above approx. 40 km/h (approx. 30 mph). As soon as the vehicle is running at the desired speed, touching switch for a short moment in direction of “Accel – Set” or “Decel – Set” will keep this speed constant until the driver engages a different speed or the system is switched off.

A new concept coupe to be shown at the Detroit auto show in January will take the name of Challenger. The long-expected two-door will take on the Ford Mustang directly with a chassis derived from Chrysler's 300C/Magnum twins, along with a 425-hp version of the HEMI V-8 in the most thrilling versions. Chrysler is expected to show the car as a concept at the show, but insiders suggest the vehicle will be in production as early as 2009 on a new version of the 300C platform. Chrysler has only offered this official sketch of the concept prior to the January auto show debut, but these spy shots were taken last week as the vehicle was prepared for its auto-show debut.

Solenoid Upgrade (optional)
The optional Solenoid Upgrade (#40060) is required if the nozzle is to be installed after the intake throttle plate (as shown), or the fluid reservoir is mounted higher then the nozzle. It is highly recommended for trunk-mount reservoirs.
Finger thread the two 1/8” NPT quick connect fittings into ports labeled IN and OUT on the solenoid. Tighten an additional half turn past finger tight.

Here's some news to delight M3 fans - right from the launch of the new M3, H&R has sporty components to make it even more agile. Some test drivers believe the car's tuning places too much emphasis on comfort in comparison with its competitors – this can be sharpened up by adding an H&R spring kit. The spellbinding steering precision right from the factory can be improved a few shades more by the 25-millimetre lower suspension setting at the front axle and 15-millimetre lower suspension at the rear.
