Audi S4 Bi-Pipe Installation Manual

Installation Procedure:
1. Allow engine to cool before beginning installation.
2. Remove throttle body cover by twisting the two ź turn mounting screws and pulling straight up on the cover.
3. Remove two screws securing the fresh air intake ducting.
4. Remove ducting by pulling up on the left side first and then pull out.
5. Remove two 8mm nuts and washers securing the boost sensor.
6. Remove two 5mm allen head bolts securing the boost sensor bracket and remove bracket.
7. Gently pull back clip on top of the plug housing and unplug boost sensor plug.
8. Loosen front throttle body boot clamps.
9. Generously loosen back throttle body boot clamp.
10. Loosen both boost frequency valve clamps from the left and right intake pipes and push hoses off.
11. Remove two bolts on top of passenger’s side head lamp.
12. Loosen remaining head lamp bolt through hole in fender.
13. Remove loosened bolt in fender with a magnetic retrieval tool.
14. Slide head lamp to the left to dislodge the clip and then pull forward.
15. Gently pull back clip on top of the plug housing and unplug head lamp and blinker plugs.
