For example, to help expedite the fitment process, we pre-assemble the turbocharger with the actuator assembly to the manifold and outlet casting.
All kits consist of:
Garrett ball bearing turbocharger with internal waste gate for the best response and
performance available.
Ni-Resist cast high flow turbo exhaust manifold.
Stainless steel manifold heat shield.
High temperature Inconel exhaust studs.
Cast turbo outlet
Mandrel bent stainless steel front pipe, which bolts either to original factory cat
converter or to original first muffler.
Bar and plate intercooler core with high flow cast aluminium tanks which have been
designed for maximum cooling efficiency and minimal pressure drop.
Intercooler pipe work in powder coated or chromed mandrel bent steel and also
Kevlar reinforced high-pressure high temperature rubber.
