2007 Volvo XC60 Sleek Concept Breaks Cover
The XC60 concept required teamwork at a record speed of eight months and involved 70 members of staff from experts in milling techniques, lathe operators and sheet-metal workers to upholstery experts, technicians and engineers.

Now visitors to the MPH Show can view the Volvo XC60 Concept for the first time and take in all the new design cues that will become characteristic of future Volvos, such as the expressive, sculptured tail lights to highlight Volvo’s broad, muscular shoulders and an enlarged version of the classic Volvo iron mark on the front grille. The XC60 Concept joins the all-new Volvo XC70 and XC90 in Volvo’s All Wheel Drive (AWD) ‘XC’ (Cross Country) model range.

Show-goers will also have the opportunity to view the all-new Volvo V70 and XC70 premium estates plus the funky C30 SportsCoupe and the smart Volvo S40 saloon in new R-Design Sport specification, which are all on show in the gallery.
