This dynomax kit for chrysler 300C 5.7L Hemi Engine installation steps:
1. Remove the old exhaust system assembly from the vehicle. Lubricate the rubber isolators with WD-40, or a similar product, to aid in removal of the metal rod hangers.
2. Install DynoMax front exhaust x-pipe 54320. Finger tighten the inlet clamps.
3. Install DynoMax Super Turbo Mufflers 17662, right hand and left hand. Finger tighten the 2ı⁄₂" clamps that connect the mufflers to the x-pipe.
4. Install DynoMax R.H. tail pipe 55232 and L.H. tail pipe 55233. Insert the metal rod hangers into the rubber isolators on the chassis. Use the 2ı⁄₂" clamps to connect the tail pipes to the muffler outlets.
5. Beginning at the inlet end, align all the parts and fully tighten all clamps.
