Cadillac Escalade & EXT/ESV Liquid Grille 94215 Harley-Davidson Road King Instalation

A. Pre-installation Preparation
1. Verify kit contents.
2. Remove protective wrapping from inserts and place on a non-abrasive surface.
3. Remove the brackets and hardware from the box.
B. Remove Radiator Cover & Emblem
1. Use a flat head screw driver to remove the plastic plugs that secure the black plastic radiator cover to the vehicle.
2. Remove radiator cover from vehicle.
3. The Cadillac emblem is held on by tape. Use a flat head screw driver to remove the emblem.
C. Install grille insert
1. Place bolts through grille insert and begin to thread the bracket. (Fig. C1)
2. Place grille insert over the factory grille and line the brackets up and begin to tighten all bolts. (Fig. C1)
i. IMPORTANT: Do not over tighten.
This could cause damage to the plastic on the vehicle.
D. Install plastic radiator cover
1. Place radiator cover back on your vehicle.
2. Place the plugs back into the existing holes where you removed them from step B1.
3. Close hood.
