Check for wires, hoses or any other obstuctions before drilling holes anywhere on the truck. Mount the AFC-Controller in the desired location of your cab using the velcro stips provided. Now drill a hole through the fire wall big enough for the harness of the AFCto pass through (It is possible to use existing hole in fire wall).

Run the provided TWIwire harness on the inside of the frame rail starting under the driver side floor board and ending at the factory tanks fill neck loaction between the body and frame rail. Your AFCcontroller should now be installed and ready to connect to the main wire harness. Run the AFCharness through the pre-drilled hole and connect to the receptacle on the TWI wire harness. Using zip ties provided securely attach TWIwire harness down the frame rail. You should now have on the TWIwire harness one each remaining unconnected. (1 black wire, 1 yellow wire, and 1 red wire). Connect the black wire to the frame rail for a ground (sand down frame to assure a strong ground and use the 1/4” bolt provided). Now connect the yellow wire using a scotch lock provided to the correct wire for your truck (refrence Fig. 4). The red wire is to be connected to an ignition power source only (min. 15 amps) Do Not Connect Until Install is completed) This is your last STEP.

Next, using your 2.5” hole saw, drill a hole in left front corner of your bed. Insert the 2.5” rubber grommet into hole earlier drilled. Now, you will need to install the fill neck adapter into your factory fill neck. Cut a section out of your factory fill neck long enough to insert the TWI fillneck adapter. Re-connect your factory fill neck to the TWIfillneck adapter using the clamps provided. You are now ready to mount the inline TWIfuel pump. Attach the pump to one of the bed reinforcement stiffeners on the outside of the frame rail.
