03-05 Chrysler PT Cruiser Turbo P/N 300-138 Installation

Remove the Factory Air Box Lid
a) Loosen the clamp on the factory intake tube at the air box lid.
b) Unclip the factory air box lid and remove from vehicle.
c) Extract the factory air filter box assembly. (Note: leave the base in place)
d) Unclip and remove the small intake tube attached to the factory air filter box.
e) Replace the factory air filter box in its original place and re-connect the hose it its original location.

Assemble the Airaid Cool Air Dam
a) Assemble the two Airaid Cool Air Dam panels with the hardware provided.
b) Position the assembled Airaid Cool Air Dam in place of the factory air box. Snap into place.
c) Connect the factory intake tube to the Airaid Cool Air Dam and fasten using the factory clamp.
d) Mount the Airaid premium filter to the Airaid Cool Air Dam & secure using the clamp provided.
e) Press the supplied weather strip onto the upper rim of the Airaid Cool Air Box. (Hint: for easy installation of weather seal, start on a corner)
