2008 Honda CR-V Interior Panel Set P/N 08Z03-SWA-100A Installation

Installation note:
• Be careful not to damage the body paint finish.
• This interior trim kit should be installed only if the ambient air temperature is 60°F (15°C) or above.
1. Using isopropyl alchohol on a shop towel, clean the area where the right outlet trim will attach.
2. Peel back one inch from the end of the 13 adhesive backings shown, and attach them to the front of the right outlet panel with masking tape. Remove and discard the three remaining adhesive backings from the trim.

2005 Honda CR-V Door Visors P/N 08R04-S9A-101

Installation Door Visors on Honda CR-V 2005:
NOTE: • These instructions show the left door visors being installed. The same procedure applies to installing of the right door visors.
• Be careful not to damage the paint finish or glass run channels when installing the door visors.
• Handle the door visors with care. They are not designed to absorb shock or impact.
• This door visor kit should be installed only if the ambient air temperature is 60°F (15°C) or above.
• To allow the adhesive to cure, do not wash the vehicle for 24 hours.

Vauxhall Cavalier/Opel 4 x 4 Transfer Box Installation

This procedure assumes the removal procedure has been read and/or followed. CAUTION: If you followed the removal procedure, the gearbox may NOT have any oil in it - do not forget. 500. Inspect the txb (Transfer box) before reinstalling, Clean off any excess jointing compound.
501. Lightly apply grease to the flange of the txb to gearbox coupling (two visible splined shafts), and apply the rubber 'O' ring to the flange.
502. Apply masking tape (Fig.1B) or similar to the fluid coupling and the txb breather/filler connections to prevent ingress of unwanted material while installing the txb.

Chrysler Pasifica DVD Rear Seat Video System Installation

A – Interior Trim Panel and Component Removal:
1) Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.
2) Detach the center console shift bezel.
3) Remove ignition key bezel.
4) Remove left and right I/P center bezels using a non-metal trim stick.
5) Disconnect and remove the CD/DVD player or cubby bin (four phillips screws).
6) Disconnect and remove the radio (four phillips screws).
