DISASSEMBLY: 1. Raise rear of vehicle on flat stable surface and support using jackstands. 2. Use penetrating oil on OE clamps that hold mufflers to overaxle pipe. Loosen clamps, remove the stock muffler isolator brackets from frame and remove the stock muffler from vehicle.
ASSEMBLY: 1. Install muffler assembly number #25-3233 on driver’s side of vehicle using supplied band clamps and the stock muffler isolators and brackets removed in step 2 of disassembly. 2. Install muffler assembly #25-3234 on passenger’s side of vehicle in the same manner as left muffler. NOTE: The I-pipe /overaxle pipes can be adjusted to obtain better clearance, if needed.
