Procedure installing the Grill to Honda CRV
1. Remove the plastic rivets securing the plastic guard located underneath the vehicle in order to install the front bar.
2. Start with the passenger side assembly, postion one of the 7/16 nut plates behind the cross member opening and align the 7/16 nut plate wit the two matching holes in the frame rail. Fasten the frame brackets to the bottom cross member as shown in the illustration using the 7/16 x 1 ¼ hex bolts, 7/16 washers, 5/16 self tapping bolt and 5/16 washers. Note: Do not over tighten 5/16 x 1 self tapping bolt as it might strip threads.

Installing the mounting frame brackets
1. Remove factory tow hooks from front section of vehicle
2. Align driver side mounting bracket to the bottom and outer edge existing holes. Position bracket in manner shown below.
3. Attach mounting frame brackets using the 7/16 x 1 ― hex bolts, 7/16 hex nuts and 7/16 washers. (hand tighten as you may have to move the brackets around slightly, to align the front bar)
NOTE: 2WD models, you may have to cut a space in the plastic spoiler for the bottom of the front bar up rights to slide through and eventually attach to the frame mounting brackets.

1. Remove factory tow hooks from front section of vehicle
