2005-06 HONDA CRV Grill/ Brush Guard Part #6049

Procedure installing the Grill to Honda CRV
1. Remove the plastic rivets securing the plastic guard located underneath the vehicle in order to install the front bar.
2. Start with the passenger side assembly, postion one of the 7/16 nut plates behind the cross member opening and align the 7/16 nut plate wit the two matching holes in the frame rail. Fasten the frame brackets to the bottom cross member as shown in the illustration using the 7/16 x 1 ¼ hex bolts, 7/16 washers, 5/16 self tapping bolt and 5/16 washers. Note: Do not over tighten 5/16 x 1 self tapping bolt as it might strip threads.

Honda Civic, Acura Integra Gauge Bezel Models 20010 and 20011 Installation

NOTE: Gauge bezel can be painted using a plastic safe paint.
1. Remove stock gauge bezel.
2. Acura Integra - Drill 7⁄64" hole in the plastic cross member. Install aluminum bracket (Fig. 1). Bracket stud should align with hole in lower center of gauge bezel. Honda Civic - Remove bottom center screw from gauge cluster housing. Reinstall screw and supplied aluminum bracket (Fig. 2).

1982 Mercedes Benz 240D (123 Chassis) Engine Oil Pan Service

Removal 1 Drain engine oil. 2 Lift engine hood to 90°position and lock left-hand latch (arrow). 3 On engine 617, remove adapter at air cleaner (arrow). On models with oil bath air cleaners, release and remove rubber gaiter from throttle body. 4 If model features uprated engine, also remove longitudinal control spindle. Unhook control rods for this purpose.
