ISSUE
Some vehicles built between 5/1/2001 and 12/15/2003 may exhibit water in the blower case or on the passenger side floor, an inoperative climate control blower motor, a motor that operates on high speed only, and/or a blower motor resistor
failure.

This article supersedes TSB 04-24-21 to update the NOTE vehicle model years. FOR MUSTANG, AVIATOR, EXPLORER 4DR AND MOUNTAINEER, REFER TO THE FOLLOWING ISSUE BUILD DATE INFORMATION BEFORE A service kit is now available to improve safety belt PERFORMING THIS TSB. TEFLON TAPE HAS retraction speed. ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED DURING PRODUCTION ON SOME OF THESE VEHICLES.

See the part application chart and select the • MUSTANG: Only install on vehicles built through appropriate kit. Follow the Instruction Sheet included 6/15/2003. Teflon tape was already installed on in the kit. Refer to Workshop Manual Section vehicles built on/after 6/16/2003. 501-20A for additional information.
