What this unit actually does?
This unit helps you to switch on or off devices, control signals and so on…
How it works?
Unit has three single pole double throw relays with terminal-type connectors: one input and two outputs (normally-opened and normally-closed). By pressing programmed button on steering wheel or board monitor, corresponding relay will be triggered and as result your device will be switched on or off (or some signal controlled).

REMOVAL OF STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM:
1. Put the motorcycle on a side stand, we recommend a racing stand. Make sure, that surface is solid and flat.
2. Unscrew the bolts of the heat shield from the link pipe and remove the heat shield.
3. Unscrew the bolt from the metal clamp at the muffler - link pipe joint (Figure 3, 4). Unscrew the bolt from the muffler metal clamp and remove the muffler.

- Star engine (vehicles up to model year 2001).
- Switch ignition on or start engine (vehicles from model year 2002).
Notes: The engine should not be running, if the actuation of "A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-" or "A/C clutch -N25-" is being checked on vehicles from model year 2002. With engine running the A/C Control Head -E87- does not

Looking For Leakers In Ford's Duratec 3.0L Engines
Ford Duratec engines manufactured for the 1999 model year vehicle applications may have a greater tendency to leak. If you have ever experienced the joy of doing a plumbing project you learn very quickly about how the proper amount of heat in the right place will literally leach the solder into the joint to seal the copper pipe properly – or not. It becomes obvious where you failed to do so once you open the main water valve and you suddenly realize you have a leak.
